The basic concept of NetMonitor research is to provide data on internet audience and target groups of individual servers on the Czech internet, which will assist advertisers with campaign media planning.
The project is designed primarily for advertising servers, i.e. those on which it is possible to place paid ads for other companies, and which have a publicly available price list for advertising space.
NetMonitor is an extensive research project aimed to gather information on internet audience in the Czech Republic as well as socio-demographic profile of Czech internet visitors.
The project sponsor is SPIR. The project organizer is Gemius S.A.
The NetMonitor research is realized via combination of methods: measurement on the server side (site-centric) as well as on the user side (user centric).
The measurement of Czech Internet audience has expanded the range of supplied outputs in 2013.
SPIR/IAB Czech has published a Yearbook of the NetMonitor audience measurement in 2012. The attached document sums up important trends in internet consumption in the Czech Republic last year.
